The Avalon Hotel and Spa is in the South Waterfront zone; all other reported hotels in the old Greater Downtown zone are in the new Downtown zone.Also, the Red Lion in the Airport PDX zone has been downgraded to 2.5* on Hotwire.

MelP Posted April 24, 2009 Report Posted April 24, 2009 When I was bidding Philadelphia hotels on Priceline this week, I noted that the Philadelphia (Gloucester - Runnemede - Deptford) zone's highest level is now just 2.5*, so that zone is now a rebid option when bidding 3*s in Philadelphia, very good news as the city had no free rebid options at 3* previously.
