ltalvarez
I need to get a room in Austin for one day on February 24th. I tried up to $70 for a 4* and $60 for a 3* on Priceline. I tried Downtown, North, and South, but was unable to get a hotel for that much. What would be my best options? I would prefer to stay in Austin South or Downtown, in either a 4* or 3*. A 2.5*, 2* or a hotel in Austin North might have to do if it is fairly decent. Hotwire has a 3* hotel in Austin South for $68, but I am unsure what hotel that might be. I'm pretty new to all this stuff and need a little bit of guidance. Thanks a lot! Link to comment

ltalvarez
Sorry for the double post. The amenities are restaurant, pool, laundry facilities, complimentary breakfast, and fitness center. It is a 3* hotel for $68. Does anyone know what it might be? Link to comment
GM Mike
That would be a potential, UNverified match for the Clarion Inn and Suites Conference Center.Another option is the Candlewood - Austin South with a direct book Entertainment Card rate of $68 or AAA $76.50. That might offer you more certainty if the location works. Please use the betterbidding Candlewood search link if you decide to book directly.Good luck! Let us know what you end up doing. ltalvarez
I decided to keep on bidding on Priceline. I got a 2* Fairfield Inn in Austin South for $40. This was the best rate I could find for a 2* on any site. Thanks for you help. Link to comment
