Priceline Hotel: 2* Austin (South-Airport) Fairfield Inn

I need to get a room in Austin for one day on February 24th. I tried up to $70 for a 4* and $60 for a 3* on Priceline. I tried Downtown, North, and South, but was unable to get a hotel for that much. What would be my best options? I would prefer to stay in Austin South or Downtown, in either a 4* or 3*. A 2.5*, 2* or a hotel in Austin North might have to do if it is fairly decent. Hotwire has a 3* hotel in Austin South for $68, but I am unsure what hotel that might be. I'm pretty new to all this stuff and need a little bit of guidance. Thanks a lot!

Sorry for the double post. The amenities are restaurant, pool, laundry facilities, complimentary breakfast, and fitness center. It is a 3* hotel for $68. Does anyone know what it might be?

That would be a potential, UNverified match for the Clarion Inn and Suites Conference Center.

Another option is the Candlewood - Austin South with a direct book Entertainment Card rate of $68 or AAA $76.50. That might offer you more certainty if the location works. Please use the betterbidding Candlewood search link if you decide to book directly.

I decided to keep on bidding on Priceline. I got a 2* Fairfield Inn in Austin South for $40. This was the best rate I could find for a 2* on any site. Thanks for you help.
