hawkeyenfo
Anyone know what I should expect at this hotel? $40 makes me happy, just curious as to how big the room is, how modern it is, etc. Link to comment
shammes53
We are staying at a Homestead in early August near Minneapolis, I believe they are like most other extended stay properties. I would think they would be fairly new.At $40 you are paying less than 50% of their webrate. Here's a link to the website:http://www.homesteadhotels.com Link to comment
dahammer
if you like German food, there is a great place in Horsham called Otto's, right on Rt. 611. In the summer, they have an outdoor beer garden. Link to comment

biddingforhotel
I was here during Spring Break. There is very small lobby, it is just like "furnished studio", but the layout is very good, you got full kitchen where you can cook your dinner, with full size refrig... but they charge Internet access, I think it is "per stay" charge $3.99, so if you stay just one day or one week, the internet charge is the same, controlled by a password. The hotel is fairly new, in fact, most hotel in the area are relatively new, we got this info because when we visit a town, the first thing is to check out all the nice hotels in town ... so ...For this particular hotel, the road in front is under construction, and it was miles of road, other than that it is a nice place to stay, don't know if it is finished yet, the lobby lady told me it has been like that for two years, so I guess it may not yet been finished.I got $35 trying to get 2* Sprinthill Suites at Plymouth Meeting, but not got it and add Horsham and got this one for 2*, for same price and same 2*, I would choose Springhill Suites, for more money, now it is min $38, I would still choose Springhill suites. It is B+ and A+ difference, this one has to pay Internet access, Springhill suites is free, this one has NO complimentary breakfast, no breakfast at all, it is like furnish apartment, Springhill has. This one does not have swimming pool either ...Anyway, the hotel is nice and comfortable and very cost effective, but not yet optimal, Springhill Suites at Plymouth Meeting is the A+ in the whole area, yet, still depends on what you care ...
