Jwc2165
How come Hotwire for Times Sqaure in New York City have hotels that are on multiple star ratings? The Intercontintel is on three. 4 Star, 41/2 star, and five star. Then there are others on 4 and 41/2 and some on 41/2 and 5 Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. Where are you seeing a particular hotel listed at multiple star ratings on HOTWIRE?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
thereuare
I'm guessing that the hotel OP is referring to when HOTWIRE states:Our 4-star hotels include: * Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts * Hyatt Hotels & Resorts * Hilton Hotels & Resorts * Westin Hotels & Resorts * Sofitel Hotels * Kimpton HotelsThe above refers to hotel chains across all geographic areas, not just the particular zone you're looking at. Since the same chain may be rated differently in different locations, it's possible that some brand names are listed in different star rating categories (ie- in the MTE zone the InterContinental may be rated 4*... whereas the InterContinental Times Square can be rated 4.5*)If you'd like additional help with this trip, please let us know the details of your stay (desired star rating, budget, zones, dates, etc) and we'll take it from there. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
