The 4* USW looks like the Parc55. Clift and Hilton use the same icons sometimes but the TripAdvisor stats (4/5, 620+ reviews) match Parc55.

I see different icons for the 4* in USE than you posted. Are you searching "2 adults/0 children"? Currently I see:

Nonsmoking, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Highspeed

That looks like a match for the Westin Market Street.

The Grand Hyatt, Palomar, and Westin Market Street have all been reported in this zone with these amenities, so any of these would be our best guess; with no additional clues offered by HOTWIRE there isnt' any way to determine which might be more likely than the others.
