ivyivy
I'm planning to book a hotel room at priceline at JFK, but I was wondering if we'll still get the complementary airport shuttle almost all of the hotels in that area offer? I know this is a bit similar to the Free Breakfast FAQ but I just wanted to be sure. :) Link to comment
pterrell
In my experience, it's just like the free breakfast. If it's offered to all guests as part of the room rate, then it's part of your Priceline rate as well. When I've requested a shuttle, the driver and/or hotel has never asked me any questions that would identify that I got the room through Priceline. Link to comment
mrxow
Certainly if the hotel offers a shuttle, you will have access to it with a priceline reservation. Not all hotels offer shuttles, though. Usually 2.5 or 3 stars or better do. Sometimes 1 and 2 stars do not. Link to comment

dahammer
rates will vary by date, what is the maximum budget for this stay? When bidding 3* in you have three re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.HOTWIRE shows a 2.5* with Shuttle, Complimentary Breakfast, Hi-Speed Internet, Laundry for $109, this may be the Howard Johnson Express JFK. ivyivy
Max budget would probably be $90 for 3*/2.5* and around $80 for 2*. Link to comment
thereuare
So you have already bid up to your limit for a 2.5* or above property, but have gone to within $9 of your maximum for a 2 star? What will you do if unsuccessful with Priceline? dahammer
you may want to book a cancellable back up reservation, the Holiday Inn Express has a hourly shuttle and the rate is $133, don't go for the advance purchase rate, please use the support page links if you decide to go this route. Good Luck! Link to comment
