Started at $160, going up in $5 increments. Got the Sheraton at $245. I was sure I was going to end up with the Westin, but happy with the property nonetheless.

Started at $160 and went up incrementally by $3-5

Using rebid zones, bids were: $100, 105, 110, 115, 120, accepted at $123.

Started at $80, and went up $5 increments using the free bid zones. Got it at $100.

Scanned the previous winning bids for the last few months and decided to start at $65. Used Laval, Longueuil and Pointe Claire as free bids. Took several days of trying.. Tried: $65, 70, 75, 80, 82, 87, 92, 100, 102, 107, 109, 112, 114.

Looked at the Calendar of Wins for the last few weeks and it seemed like 4* Downtown Portland was around $75-85. Didn't expect my starting bid of $75 to be accepted by The Benson Hotel. Should have started a bit lower. For 04/22/2011 to 04/24/2011
