  1. Ahh, that make a lot of sense. I don't want to stay at the Hyatt at this price, so I'll go back to the drawing board.
  2. Better Bidding hotwire easy view full amenities show the following: FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower The "self-service laundry" is throwing me a bit. Fairmont Waterfront looks like a potential match, and tripadvisor says that hotel has a self serve laundry, but I'm not sure it does. Anyway, 95 percent favorable rating and 4.5 on tripadvisor.
  3. Jan. 22-25. $169. 3.5 star in Park City. Full list of amenities are: Studio, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Daily Housekeeping, In-Room Laundry, Pool, Business Center. Thanks in advance.
  4. Fitness Restaurant Business Tennis nearby Thanks in advance.
  5. Restaurant, pool, fitness, internet, business center. Just as listed here in the hotel list. I really wanted to try this hotel. It's a pretty high rate, but I couldn't find availability for this hotel on most of the discount travel sites for these dates -- most showed sold out or over $300/night. It appears to have the same amenities on hotwire as the Omni, and I was willing to risk ending up with that hotel.
  6. Just to confirm, I just won this hotel today and it was in fact identified as a "customer favorite" with these same amenities.
  7. Just won this one. The amenities were "customer favorite," and Restaurant(s), Fitness Center, High Speed Internet, and Business Center. These are the same amenities listed here on better bidding, but note that it apparently is back in favor as a "Customer Favorite."
  8. I've stayed at the Sheraton and really liked it. It's a very good hotel. In fact, I was hoping recently to win it on hotwire, but settled on the Westin instead.
  9. 7/29 in Pike's area. Customer favorite, restaurant, pool, fitness, business center (exactly as listed in the hotel list here). $124. Used the link here for hotwire. Thanks everyone.
  10. Yes, the amenities are identical for the Sahara -- they were just in slightly different order so I misred. I think you're right that quickbook is a better deal with the cancelation policy. Agree on Imperial Palace location; to each his own, but I don't think the rooms at IP are up to 3 star standards unless they've recently been significantly redone. I guess I'll just keep cruising around for another month or so to see if I can find something better. I just hate having plans up in the air.
  11. I know it's early, but I'd like to get my plans set. Hotwire is showing me two options within my budget: 3* with casino, restaurant, pool, internet, golf, business center for $83 a night, which seems to be a very good price for this weekend. Nothing on the hotel lists matches up exactly though. If this were the Sahara, I'd probably consider it. If it's circus circus or statosphere, I'd be very bummed. If it's boardwalk, I'd be happy too. The other is 3.5 stars with casino, restaurant, pool, fitness, spa, high speed internet, tennis, and business center. I can't figure this one out. It's significantly more expensive though. I'd consider anything in the $100 to $200 range (although it would have to be a good place for $200). Proximity to MGM is a strong plus (so Excalibur, New York, Tropicana, MGM are all strong options). Monorail access would be second best. Thanks. Great forum.
