Skeptical of this property, as $122 is the same exact amount listed through non-opaque Booking.com via TripAdvisor and Kayak. Plus Booking only adds $17.15 in taxes plus $25 resort fee, for a total of $164.63.
Reviews are also a little mixed. We'll see.
Thanks. I think this property has been mistakenly duplicated into both the the Miami Intl Airport (MIA) West zone and the plain old Miami Intl Airport (MIA) zone (which is the correct zone).
For example, if you go to 'share your win' / post a new topic, Even Hotel shows up as an auto-complete option under either zone.
In both this post and a previous win post of mine about the Even Hotel (https://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?showtopic=226259), the title seems to have been changed to the West zone (I assume I chose the regular zone both times). Can you correct that?
Also, do you know if the "Internet access" amenity is represented on the hotel list? Thanks

StarwoodHotels.com is showing $132 as lowest (prepaid rate), with $151 as lowest flex rate, so this is a decent deal for what looks like a good hotel. Kayak and other sites are showing a few dollars more (the non-"SPG Member" rate)

There is a new hotel for the Hotwire hotel list in the 3* Miami Intl Airport (MIA) area: Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites.
When I clicked on the Hotwire deal for that area and that star level, the hotel name was given as the hotel that was won by the previous Hotwire purchaser. (See screenshot below.)
And based on the inability to match up the listed amenities with the existing hotels on the Hotwire hotel list (but being able to match it to the BW Plus on the Priceline hotel list amenities), it appears to be a match for the BW Plus.

This hotel has mediocre reviews on TripAdvisor, and unfortunately the same rough price of $130-$150 is also available on Trivago resellers GetARoom, Otel, and Amoma.

It's a pretty decent hotel for only being $39, especially as I booked shortly before midnight of the same night. It's less than two miles from the Arts District bars.
Two points of interest:
(1) for me, Hotwire listed the hotel at 2.0 stars (the BB hotel list had it as 2.5 stars)
(2) Hotwire lists this property (828 Real Road) as a "Bakersfield area hotel" -- even though the Ramada website calls it the "Ramada Limited Bakersfield North" and Hotwire does have "Bakersfield North area hotel" listings.

I was hoping to get the Holiday Inn Express that's available through Priceline -- but just after PRICELINE EXPRESS showed me $62 for the HIE and I clicked it, the deal wasn't available. So I took the HW deal.
The Governors Inn is on the far northwestern corner of the downotwn zone -- about a 12 minute drive from the capitol building.

Rejected at $60 (with counteroffer of $78) and $65, with free rebids. Accepted at $70.
I noticed that the PRICELINE EXPRESS pricing was higher for May 30 - June 1 ($78, and then jumped to $88) at this zone/star than for May 29 - May 30 ($74), so I did my successful Name Your Own Price bid for May 29 - May 30 ($70), then did an Add a Night at $70, which was accepted.
It reinforces my belief that PRICELINE EXPRESS seem to be only $5--$15 higher, on average, than what aggressive bidding with rebids can achieve. In other words, PRICELINE EXPRESS seems to be a pretty good deal.
I was hoping for the Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo, which is also reported for this zone/star level, but oh well.
Other rejected bids: $90 for 3.5* in neighborhoods of Laguna Beach and Dana Point - San Juan Capistrano.
