  3. We got an unbelieveable deal on this hotel @ $100 per night plus taxes and fees the total for 2 nights was $235.44. The Marriot site has the standard rooms priced @ $375 each per night !!! I used the boards PRICELINE links too !!
  4. I started @ $70 and after a few rebids by adding zones I won the Renaisance Las Vegas. I have to admit that this is the one hotel I really didn't want to get stuck with because of how far it is from the strip. But the rooms look nice, there's no casino ( which I kinda like ), and I still saved a lot of money. Thanks
  5. When searching HOTWIRE for a hotel in the Palm Springs area. 2 Hotels/Resort come up in Rancho Mirage - Cathedral City Area with the following listed amenities: First Hotel (listed as 4 star): Resort, Fitness Center, Pool(S),Restaurants(S), Business Center, Golf Nearby,Tennis Nearby. ( CUSTOMER FAVORITE ) Second Hotel (listed as 3.5 star):Condo, Resort, 1BR,Fully Equipted Kitchen, Free Parking, Air COnditioning, Chilrens Activities, Fitness Center. The closest things on the hotel list on the Better Bidding site are the 2 Westin Properties. Bu it looks like the star level for the 2nd one has changed. Can you help me determine if these are the same hotels on the list and when was the last time someone got one of the Westin properties via Hotwire? Thanks a lot
  6. Has anyone had any luck using PRICELINE to fly from Las Vegas to Los Angeles ( LAX ) on a Sunday ? It seems like you cannot fly back to LA on a Sunday for under $120 when booking with an airline directly. I want to fly on June 22, 2008...Thanks

  12. Needed a room for the night of our company Christmas party and got this room on the first bid of $55 . 12/09/05 Your Offer Price: $55.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $55.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $15.28 Total Charges: $70.28 The funny thing is I immediately told 4 of my co-workers who tried the same amount and got the EXACT SAME THING. So multiply this times 5 different people . We're thinking about throwing a Pre-Party or After Party . Thanks Betterbidding !!!
  13. I first bid $75 for 4 Star with Zone: Downtown San Diego and Harbor Island Area and was rejected . I rebidded adding the Del Mar Zone and was accepted . Your Offer Price: $85.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 ( March 18 and 19th ) Subtotal: $170.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $28.23 Total Charges: $198.23 The hotel website is listing these rooms @ $179 per night for the days I will be there which gives me a 2 day savings of at least $156.77 Plus taxes !!! I was really hoping to get the Westin Horton but I guess the Sheraton isn't all that bad either . Has anyone else stayed here ? A little feedback on this hotel would be greatly appreciated .
