Thank you for your replies. I decided not to take a chance without having any idea what this resort could be. We ended up making reservations through a friend who has a condo at the Honua Kai resort. Just an FYI, I ended up getting a deal for $219(with "friend" discount) per night - whereas I believe the Hotwire quote was for about $269/night. Thanks again for your all your help.

OK, Although I was targeting the 'Fort Lauderdale - Hyatt Place Airport South'... I ended up with 'Hyatt Summerfield Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport-South' for $45/night (10/3 - 10/5) via the PRICELINE link. Total cost for two night stay, including taxes - $108.56!
