You could try bidding 3* SFO on priceline for $29. There is a slight chance you could end up at a nearby hotel but the Hyatt seems to come up most often on TOBB. Unless the Hyatt is sold out, this should work for you. Let us know.
Just did a quick hotwire check for your dates 12/26-12/29 and this is what it showed:
12/26 only 4.5* (MGM Grand) $155 5*V nothing

First of all, if hotwire has no 5* for 12/26, priceline may not have any availability for that date either. You are quite possibly bidding this too early and you seem to be bidding too low. Good luck!
Well, my DtheD refund was denied. If you read the promotion carefully, it says "rates starting at $79.95" and the rate is actually $109 for my night, Oct 23.

You can try checking your dates with the vacation package to be sure the Swan comes up with the same ammenities. The ammenties you've posted match up with the 4* Swan on the hotwire hotel list. It is likely the Swan.
I just wanted to point out that the Waldorf Towers does not release availability to priceline until the very last minute. Bidding this far out is not likely to be successful.
Also, my neighbor recently stayed at the 3* Jolly Madison (for $67) and really liked it.
