I notice that Priceline has 4 areas in San Francisco that have 5 star hotels up for bid now. Financial district, Fisherman's wharf, Somo and Union Square East. Are they just bumping up their 4.5* ? I have searched and don't see that anyone has won a bid yet. Just curious as to what the hotels are. I am looking to bid Aug 7-9th.

Trying for a 4 star however the self service laundry is throwing me off as i do not see a four star listed with laundry. May 16th for 1 night. 4 star $117 per night 80% recommend FULL AMENITIES: Airport shuttle, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access any suggestions?

4.5 star Quail Lodge Resort.....$139.00 Jan. 16-18th. :) :) :o The room would normally go for $189.00. Resort, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services Hotwire also shows a 5 star....and i think it is the Bernardus. Hotwire for $280....reg.....$400.00

Used Priceline for my parents week stay at the Hudson. They just checked in and called to let me know how they are doing. They love the hotel...the location....! They said..."it's very hip!" They were upgraded to a mini suite...twice the square footage of their orginal room when tipping the front desk person $100...discretely. :)

I saved $1500.00 by doing so!!!

Went through SavingsBarn.com $295 a night....Hyatt Maui 4.5* star 3 nights Saved $90 a night by going through Hotwire :) considering this is beginning of summer...high season....I'm very pleased with the price!

Bid was accepted for $100 at Marriott Newport Beach for January 12-13. :) First bid failed at $90. I believe priceline has now moved them up to their 4 star category.
