I would like to keep per night closer to $200 but want to be in safe area convenient to transportation so not sure that is possible. Max per night is $250

3 adults (me, wife and adult son) traveling and pullout sofa bed would be acceptable

First Priceline bid (used PRICELINE link from betterbidding). First bid of $85 was rejected with offer to add $22. I used tips learned here and bid again by adding a zone. This is one night stay pre-cruise. This was where I wanted to stay.
