  1. Followup: I booked today. Went in through your BiddingHelper.com and found the same listing and same amenities. Encinitas, 3-star, amenities as described above. Holiday Inn Express Encinitas-Cardiff Beach Area 2 nights, in 10/10/15, out 10/12/15 $103/night plus $42.18 fees = total $248.18 Very happy with this result! Thanks for your help.
  2. Thank You! I clicked the BiddingHelper.com link and I'm seeing the same thing you saw. Still tinkering with dates, but when I book I'll come back and post my results.
  3. Can you please help id this 3* in Encinitas: 2 nights, Oct 10-12, 2015 $103 95% recommended Amenties: Business center, free internet, free breakfast, free parking, pet friendly, pool(s), self-service laundry. Hoping this might be the HI Express Encinitas-Cardiff Thanks for any help you can provide.
  4. Thanks for the quick help. Love this site. Unfortunately, I won't be booking this, since the Extended Stay doesn't really appeal to me. I prefer more amenities and don't need the kitchen. The weather also is iffy for this weekend so I think I'll just wait and decide on Saturday whether we'll go into Ottawa. If I do book PRICELINE or HOTWIRE, I'll use your links and post the results. Thanks again for the responses!
  5. Can anyone help me identify the following Hotwire offering? Downtown Ottawa 3-Star In 6/12, Out 6/13 Amenities: Suite, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby $69.00 Thanks in advance!
  6. Just a followup for your info... I did not book this hotel via HOTWIRE. I found a better deal direct with Sheraton, using their "pay your birth year" special. Ended up booking 3 nights 12/10-12/13. First night $109, second and third nights $58. Cheaper than HOTWIRE and fully cancelable up till 24 hours before checkin. And I got to choose the bedding I wanted. Thanks for your help. Will continue to frequent your site and click through your links.
  7. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give the hotel a call and see what they say. I will post again when I make a decision.
  8. I'm looking at the following for Dec 10-12, 2010: 3 1/2 star, $95 per night. Amenities are Suite/Shuttle/Smoke-Free/Fitness/Pool/Restaurant/Business/Hi-Speed Internet. I'm guessing this is the Sheraton Suites. Here's my question. In looking at the Sheraton website for the same dates, they have lots of room options. Some are labeled "suites" and have a sleeper-sofa in addition to a variety of bedding options, and a separate living area. Others are labeled "double rooms" which do not indicate a sleeper-sofa or a separate living area. The bedding isn't critical to me, but the separate living area and sleeper-sofa are. If Hotwire is showing it as a suite, will I be certain of getting one of the suite configurations? The double room would not work for me. If I can't be certain of getting a suite, I'll need to book elsewhere. Thanks for any advice you can provide.
  9. I've been looking at this property on hotwire also. When I go to the Sheraton site, it shows that they have both suites and double-double rooms. If Hotwire is showing a suite, would I be guaranteed of getting a suite? My need is for an accomodation with a king or two double beds...AND... a sofa sleeper. Two doubles only would not work. Can I safely bid on this offering? Any help would be appreciated. If I bid, I'll use your link! Thanks
