I won a mid size car for $25. The offered upgrades were premium ($13) and minivan & standard suv ($20). I'll inquire about a convertible at the counter. I have good luck, more times than not. Rental period should be 9/23/11 - 9/26/11.

I'm looking for a mid/full size car at the San Francisco Airport. Where should I start? With a successful win, I'm hoping to be offered a reasonable upgrade to a controvertible. If not, what would be a good bid for a controvertible?

I directly booked a two bedroom suite at the Marin Suites in Corte Madera. The total was $514.18. I've read mixed reviews. I'm hoping for the best. Anyone with any knowledge, please comment.

I'm interested in bidding on 3* and above accommodations for two people. Preferably a suite or two rooms, if need be a room with two beds. I'd like to stay in Fisherman's Wharf or some other bustling area, in a nice quality hotel. Prices seem to be pretty high during September, but I was hoping to catch a steal ( $100 or less). I'm prepared to go up to $150 or so. Are my expectations realistic?

I visited Seattle during the Memorial Day weekend. I plan on visiting again. This is very vital and useful information for anyone staying downtown. I stayed at the Monaco. Valet parking was $40 a day plus tax. The convenience was great, but $40 x 4 adds up. Word To The Wise - Check Your Bill. I had an early flight. No one was at the front desk. The valet suggested it was ok to leave my room key and take off. I insisted he find the front desk personnel. Good thing I did! The hotel said I had two cars and was charging me each time I parked, to the tune of around $300. Eventually after some time, the error was corrected. If I would have left, who knows how it would've ended.

This bid was accepted 12/10/10. I think I started somewhere around $45 or $50 and worked my way up. I imagine a bid now lower than $90, might be accepted.

Update My first attempt I tried to lowball. I started at $50 and ended at $85, with no luck. The second attempt, I started at $65 and was successful at $93, with the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Both attempts were initiated using the site's PRICELINE link. The same rooms are going for $248 on the hotel's website. This is a great bargain, but I was kind of hoping for one of the other hotels with previously successful bids. I have read mixed reviews on the Sheraton. Most notably, some Priceline winners being treated like second class guests and the quality of the rooms. I'd like to request a non-smoking king bed accommodation, but I wonder if it's worth the potential hassle or disrespect. Hello! I am interested in attending an event at The Air Canada Centre on 10/27/10. I have never been to Toronto. I figure Downtown South would be the logical place to stay. Maybe Downtown North if public transportation is readily available. I would like it to be a 4* under $100. I've seen some wins at $69, that wouldn't be bad. Update I started bidding at $55. I increased by bids by $5. My $75 bid was accepted. I got a little nervous, because after the first few tries, the names of the retail and name your price zones didn't quite match up. This room is listed for $184 on the hotel's website.
