  1. Amenities listed were the following: Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Pet Friendly, Pool, Laundry. I remembered to use your HOTWIRE link! Hopefully we have a good experience... the Trip Advisor reviews were not as good as I would have liked to seen.
  2. Used the HOTWIRE link for our last minute booking (leaving in an hour!) and got this hotel. Seems like it will be nice and the price is great. Here were the amenities listed: Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Pool, Business Center, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Accessible As always, thanks for your invaluable service :)
  3. Amenities listed were Free Parking and Laundry facilities. Great price for our short stay :) I remembered to use the HOTWIRE link, thanks again for providing this website for us all!
  4. I started off requesting a 2.5 star in Fullerton/Brea for $45. I've had a couple of other stays where I started at $43 and PL came back saying for $50 I could win the room. Both of those times were Fullerton Marriot. My logic was that maybe if I got closer to $50, I could win it outright and not have to increase the price. However, this time PL came back and said if I increased by $7 to $52, I could win it. It ended up being Fairfield Inn Placentia. I haven't stayed at this hotel before, so it will be interesting to be somewhere new. I will say that for 2.5 stars, it seems impressive to have fridges/microwaves and a free hot breakfast. Fullerton Marriott had none of those features and it is rated 3.5 star. I used the PRICELINE link, thanks BB for all your work :)
  5. First bid... $49 for 2.5 stars in San Jose. Offer accepted for 3 star Holiday Inn at the airport. Crazy deal for last minute travel... Love it! I'm getting better at remembering to use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links too ;)
  6. We liked this deal so much last week, I tried again with the same strategy and got the same deal for this weekend. Same as last weekend, I started at $43 and got the option to try again for $50. We travel to Anaheim almost every weekend and I will keep doing this if they will keep giving me the room for 50 bucks! It's a super clean hotel with very comfortable beds and friendly staff. I can barely get a cheesy Motel 6 for this price :)
  7. Initial bid was $43 in the Fullerton/Brea zone only for 2.5 stars. Priceline declined and came back with offer of $50 for immediate re-submit and that offer was accepted. I'm happy with this deal! I also remembered to use the PRICELINE link this time :)
  8. Ameneties listed were Pool, Hi Speed Internet, Free Breakfast. Price is good, hopefully it's not as bad as the reviews on TripAdvisor because Hotwire said it was recommended in 70% of their reviews. We'll see. Either way, it's cheap! Edit: Forgot to put in the title... It is Ramada Limited Disneyland. Oops!
  9. Amenities: Pool, Laundry Facilities (self service), High Speed Internet Access, Free Parking, Complimentary Breakfast Used the HOTWIRE Quick Quote shortcut... super easy. This is my second purchase in three days... Thanks Better Bidding for the work you do keeping all of this information up to date!
  10. Amenities listed were Suite, Laundry Facilities (Self Service), Kitchenette, Free Parking Thrilled with this win, pictures on the hotel website look very nice since it has been remodeled. Great price, especially for a holiday weekend... I'm a happy customer!!
  11. Thanks, I was just looking to see if this particular person could confirm since I happened to be looking at the exact same :) I'll post after I get my deal!
  12. I think this is Radisson as well... OP- was it? I am looking to snag this deal too!
  13. Wow, I am extremely pleased with this deal! Priceline said the average price for this time/type was $120... I'm so glad I have betterbidding.com to figure it all out! First Bid Orange County, Costa Mesa - Irvine 3.5* $39 ACCEPTED :) 3 nights @ $39... $117 tax and fees... $23.07 Total... $140.07
  14. Booked this a few weeks ago, forgot to add a post! First Bid: Orange county, Disneyland Garden Grove, 3.5* $39 DECLINED Priceline offered immediate re-bid chance if I increased to $52 Second Bid: Orange county, Disneyland Garden Grove, 3.5* $52 ACCEPTED Doubletree Hotel Anaheim/Orange 2 nights @ $52... $104 Taxes/fees... $20.94 Total... $124.94
  15. Winning details: Requested 3* for $45, $46 and $54 for 3/13/10 to 3/20/10 and got a reply on the last one to increase by $15. Re-bid: 3* for $69 and won Crowne Plaza. I was *really* hoping for Hilton Garden or Residence Inn, which is why I selected 3 stars. I knew from this board that there was a chance I would get Crowne Plaza, which is what happened. I think that it might be harder to get the super-low prices on longer trips, especially during Spring Break. But I'm still happy with it since all of the 3* and above hotels are much nicer than the dump we stayed in last year. Last year we had 5 nights in a 2* (which was a stretch) and now we'll be staying 7 nights in a 3.5* for just $100 more. I used the PRICELINE link, but didn't realize the re-bid would cancel that. Sorry! I have referred a bunch of my friends to your website though :)
