Bid $80, $90, $100 and finally $106 by adding zones with no four star hotels.
Won first bid. They give a hint prior to purchase as they stated "Last traveler got the Coast Plaza & Suites".
Unsuccessful at $80 on first try. Won on second bid after adding Granville Entertainment District and $5.

Oddly enough, they don't list amenities for this property
Any thoughts on which hotel this may be?
Won first attempt. Priceline was posting 4* Express Deal mystery hotel for $181 and I suspect this was the same hotel. Surprised it was available as the front desk told us they were sold out when we asked to extend another night (we had just stayed here two nights and decided to stay additional night). Worked out well for us as we didn't have to switch hotels.
Started bidding at $120 and added $10 until reached $170 (added suburban zones each time with no four star options). Not the cheapest win but was a pretty tight weekend with some expensive advertised rates.
Didn't know much about this hotel but very nice with big suites.
Started bidding at $55 and increased by $5 each night (unsuccessfully) until I hit $75. This bid was rejected two straight nights and accepted third night.
Bid $65 Loop - Rejected
Added North Mich and bid $60 - Rejected
Added Lincoln Park and bid $70 - Rejected
Added Hyde Park and bid $75 - Accepted
Bid $60 and rejected
Counteroffer of $72
Instead raised to $65 and added Lincoln Park

Tried $85 and $90 for 4* Loop on Priceline but was rejected
This is a pretty good deal so we decided to opt for the HOTWIRE option
Started at $60 4* Downtown
Added University
Added Airport
Changed to 3.5* at $70 and bid accepted
Rejected at $50 and I received a $60 counter. I declined and added Airport North at $55 and bid was accepted.
Accepted on first try. Not bad given that I received a wedding invitation at the Palmer House with "special" rates well in excess of $200.
I assumed that I would either get the Hyatt or Renaissance for this price. The Renaissance is a good (but not great) property with an excellent location.
Accepted bid first try. Option to extend additional nights also present. Great hotel..much better than the other Resort option (the Westin).
10/30/11-10/31/11
Bid $45 3.5* - failed
Bid $52 3* - failed
Bid $59 3.5* next day - accepted
Used the board's PRICELINE link
$62 before taxes (won on first attempt)

Sorry..I thought I had included these details but somehow it didn't make it in post
Is there a way to edit title and include details rather than through this reply?
Was hoping for the Hyatt but no luck
This property shouldn't be bad for one night..
