I made this rez for my parents. When they showed up late the night of Sep 14, Days Hotel claimed Hotwire did not send the rez. Hotwire blamed the hotel but did reaccommodate my parents at Crowne Plaza (see separate hotwire hotel posting). I called Hotwire in an attempt to get a refund of the additional room cost and the parking costs at Crowne Plaza. Hotwire refused, but with some additional prodding, I was able to get a $25 credit to use on future Hotwire rez.
