I don't see the rate of $83/night for the 3.5*. I see $91. Am I missing something?

My budget is up to $90/night. I have business in Newark and the Woodbridge areas. I've staying Newark before and it's pretty centrally located to my needs.

Not familiar with the BWRT. Any input? I've stayed at the Comfort Suites in Newark and found it to be a nicer place than expected as well as centrally located for the travels that I needed and will need for this trip I'll need to get into the City a couple of times, PA a couple of times and NJ most of the time. I will need parking as I'm renting a car.

I thought the Hilton might also be an option but it shows 95% recommended. I thought the Hilton was usually 80%?
