Had been bidding the last several weeks for an early morning flight. Finally bid today, $50 for 3.5 star unsuccessfull, then lowered to 3 star and won the Residence Inn. Happy with the result and thanks to betterbidding for the help!

Best Western - Redondo Beach Inn 2½ star 1850 South Pacific Coasthighway, Redondo Beach 90277 First time using Priceline.express deals. Can't find anyway to go back and view the listed amenities after winning like on HOTWIRE and it's now a different hotel available for those dates. Booked day of the stay. 5/29/10 (Saturday) for 1 night Started bidding at $44, added North zone (free re-bid) and won the Courtyard By Marriott Spokane Downtown At The Convention Center at $46. New hotel for the board. Was expecting the Doubletree or one of the Red Lions, but very happy with this win (even though the lady at check-in was very clear to point out I had booked via priceline multiple times)! Booked day of and won the Doubletree Club in Boise for $36. Was a decent hotel, worked out well. Enjoyed my warm Doubletree Cookie at check-in, even if I did have to ask for it. :) Subtotal: $36.00 Taxes & Fees: $11.78 Total Charges*: $47.78

Just wanted to follow up and say that the Westin staff treated us exceptionally well, regardless of the fact that we had booked through Priceline. At check-in I got invited into the preferred guests line and given an 'upgrade.' While it was just a standard room it was on the 41st floor. I was going to ask to get a room on a high floor, but it was offered without even having to ask! I had talked to the front desk a few times, there were a few minor issues that we immediately addressed. The lady working at the front desk even remember my name the following day upon check out!

3 star in Puyallup/Sumner zone for $68 for 4 adults for 1 night 2/13/10. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sumner. $69 bid successful for one night stay on 2/19/10. Have been bidding over the last few weeks occasionally, knowing that this was the deal I was going to end up with, but hoping to save a few bucks since Seattle has so many free re-bid zones. Saved $120 from booking on the Westin website. Can't complain about that! Total price including all taxes and fees $86.69 for the night. Used the PRICELINE link here to start all bids.

As I was checking in, the couple in front of me was quoted $140 for the same room! I wanted to share priceline/this site with them, but they were gone before I was finished. I was hoping to get the Wingate that had been stayed at earlier in the week. When $51 was not accepted re-bid $55 was rejected and $59 accepted by Holiday Inn. Was a nice hotel.
