  1. Amenities include:

    Free Internet (in Room)

    Pet Friendly

    Outdoor Pool

    Spa

    Non-Smoking

    Gym

    Restaurant

    Handicap Accessible

    Business Center

Total was $195.98 after taxes and fees. A bit disappointed in the results. The wife and I were looking for a resort style staycation with activities and this turned out to be a hotel with not much other than gym and pool. Also, parking is a ludicrous at $33 for valet. No self-parking option at all. I would understand if this were NYC or San Francisco, but this is Phoenix in the middle of the summer (where no out-of-towner would dare venture)! Can't win them all unfortunately.

  2. Tried PRICELINE at first for 3.5* and $53 a night (about $180/night after taxes and fees), but was rejected. Ended up getting this for $201 all-in. Very happy considering the only other hotels for a similar price near the strip are your typical 1 and 2 star hotel chains. Also, the strip is only a short 10-15 walk away! Listed amenities are:

    Complimentary

    Free Internet

    Free parking

    Amenities

    1-bedroom suite

    Air conditioning

    Daily housekeeping

    Fitness center

    Full kitchen

    Pool(s)

    Restaurant(s)

  3. I just want to give everyone a heads up that if you book this property through Priceline, parking will NOT be free. The receptionist said that it "wasn't part of the Priceline package." (whatever that means)   It's an absurd $20/day for parking in the SUBURBS. There is free street parking, however, across the busy intersection next to the McDonalds.

  4. Hotwire Express Deals had a 3 star hotel (which I assume was this hotel) for $49, so I put my first bid in at $45. It got accepted, which probably meant I could have gotten it for cheaper. However, this booking is pretty last minute so I'm still very happy nonetheless - especially considering that the reviews for this hotel is very good. As always, used the Priceline link from this website.

  5. First bid of $35 was rejected. Re-bid of $45 was accepted.

Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $45.00 (USD)

    Number of Rooms: 1

Number of Guests Per Room: 2

    Number of Nights: 3

    Room Subtotal: $135.00 (USD)

    Taxes and Fees: $24.00 (USD)

    Total Room Cost: $159.00 (USD)

Not bad considering hotels.com quotes $65/nt for total of $215.22 after taxes and fees. Used the site's PRICELINE link to begin travel purchase.
