How confident are you with the above being Grand Colonial?

Thank you for the info, we are currently debating if we should take the risk to get that hotel and hope its Grand Colonial or should we just book Grand Colonial.

We were hoping for Grand Colonial for Valencia.

You don’t think the second one is Valencia? They have a spa now according to their website or they were suppose to have one early 2018

I wanted to stay in the Isla Verde area and the hotel that was priced at $169 seemed to be the San Juan Water Club. We didn't like the "blue lights" that the hotel featured and the noise on the weekends kind of scared us. So we ended up booking a condo very near to the Water Club but cheaper, more quiet and no "blue lights". Thanks for the help and I'm sorry I couldn't book a room through this site.

I'm in the same boat as you but going 1/21-1/26, you can see my thread HERE. I'm looking at the same hotels and I have the same questions. I am very interested in what you end up getting and where.

Priceline Express, 1/21-1/26, Ocean Park-Isla Verde Area 169/night Guest Rating 7+ Indoor or Outdoor Pool Pets Allowed Restaurant Business Center I'm more than likely going to buy one of the two, just got to figure out which one is this one and decide if its work the extra $40 a night. According to priceline express for the nights of 1/21-1/26, there is a 4* hotel for $133/night. Here are the amenities: Free Internet Swimming Pool Fitness Center Restaurant Casino Business Center 7+ Guest Rating. Can someone please help me identify this hotel? Thanks.

Amenities: Near Beach Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Laundry Facilities My in laws got the same hotel for $72 per night from 6/22-6/29, so I didn't mind getting the same hotel for the time we were going to be there. Will update you in July on how the hotel is. Seems to be a popular choice on HOTWIRE for 3* in Central Waikiki. One thing of note... I noticed that this hotel and the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani have the exact same amenities. However, Ohana Waikiki West has a 65% user recommend rating, while there is another hotel with the exact same amenities that does not have a recommend rating yet (7/1-7/7, Central Waikiki). The only rating it has is 3.5 out of 5 from TripAdvisor. I'm assuming that the hotel without the recommend rating is the Sheraton and thats the difference between the two hotels. This is just a guess though, until somebody purchases it and confirms.

Made a $45 bid for my first bid and it got accepted. I guess I should have started lower. Oh well, I can't complain, this is the lowest anybody on this board has gotten the hotel and hotwire had 4* for $62/night. I ended up not purchasing my hotel stay using through Priceline or Hotwire. I just booked a B&B called Locanda Al Leon right next to San Marco's square for 100 euros a night. It was nice place in a great location.

I didn't even know there was a Golf Course Near Venice.

Made a bid for $80 for 4* on just Mayfair-Soho and was rejected. Added Bloomsbury-Marble Arch and made the same bid and won, Novotel London St. Pancras.
