Bid $105 and got an offer to up my bid by $25. As I was booking 3 rooms, I wanted to get it done. Rack rate is $179.
Compared with other uses of Priceline/Better Bidding I'm not super happy with the rate or hotel location, but I'm happy to have a reservation 3 weeks out.

After several tries as high as $115 for a 5*, I started experimenting with 3.5 and 3 star bids all within the NMA zone.
Finally won the CY Marriott River North with a $95 bid.
I'm pleased as the location is great, the website rate is $199/night, and I was able to secure a four night booking almost three months in advance.
Good property. Good rate. Positive reviews on Trip Advisor. Good times.
