Dates - Sept 22-26, 2010. After several tries as high as $115 for a 5*, I started experimenting with 3.5 and 3 star bids all within the NMA zone. Finally won the CY Marriott River North with a $95 bid. I'm pleased as the location is great, the website rate is $199/night, and I was able to secure a four night booking almost three months in advance. Good property. Good rate.
