  1. Well, I was hoping for the Omni.... $166 4* MTE The Roosevelt 4/20/-4/23 First time staying at The Roosevelt. Hopefully it's a good one!
  2. I decided to stop after the first bidding set you recommended as I was hoping to get a great deal. All of my bids were rejected. I guess I will wait a week and try again. Thanks!
  3. I would like to stay in Soho at a 4*. I am hoping for less than $200/night. On priceline I tried: These areas: Long Island City Lower East Side Madison Square Garden - Convention Area Morningside Heights - Harlem Queensborough Bridge SoHo - Tribeca Upper East Side (not in that order - I obviously tried soho first) I think I started at $120 and I kept rebidding and adding zones and my last bid was $150 (which was rejected). Any thoughts? Thanks!
  4. I'd like to stay in a 4* hotel in Soho 4/20-4/23/12. Can you suggest a bidding strategy and reasonable starting price? Seems that I should keep re-biding with zones that don't contain 4* hotels? Thanks.

  11. Thank you. Success today with the $195 bid portion of the strategy. We are booked at the Hudson Hotel. Rate on their website is listed as $309/night during our stay. Thanks for all the help! Just to follow up, I believe the Hudson Hotel is in UM-CPS. I didn't quite have a grasp on the re-bidding zone aspect and ended up with this hotel. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel and price vs. rack rates. I did use the PRICELINE link when bidding. Thanks again!
  12. Hello. My sister-in-law and I will be visiting New York on 4/17 - 4/20. Therefore, I'm looking for bidding assistance on a 3* or better in TS, MTW, UM-CPS, and MTE in that order. The most I'd like to spend is $215. Zone is more important, i.e. I'd rather pay $215 in TS vs. 175 in MTE for hotels in the same star rating. I'm interested in the cheapest 3* or better based on this criteria. I'd appreciate any help you can provide and I'll use the PRICELINE link provide in the support forum when I bid. Thanks!

  15. A Hotwire search for San Diego on 6/1/08 - 6/5/08 shows this 4* in Downtown - Harbor Island for $149/night. Here are the amenities: Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services According to the hotel list, this should be the Manchester Grand Hyatt or W San Diego. Is this correct? Thanks for the help!
