Booked LHR Sheraton Skyline for $59 plus fees for April 2009 for one night via your HOTWIRE link. The exact hotel I was wanting - would recommend anyone on a budget using LHR to try and get this hotel. 1 - On a free bus route - more frequent than the over priced Hoppa. 2 - Excellent pub food found at Pheasant Pub not 5 min walk from this hotel at prices about a third of what the hotels will charge. Apologies if I am not allowd to post this - but hopefully someone can take advantage. Potential Double the Difference opportunity for anyone who wants a night at Orlando Airport - I am pretty sure (going by the descriptions on this board) - shuttle, complimentary breakfast, fitness, pool, business and laundary is Wingates Inn. For dates in early March (I put in 6th to 8th) - they have $99 on their website - IF this hotel is Wingate Inn - you would be eligable for a double the difference refund - saving you $50 a night. I have already booked direct with Wingate - for $99 (non refundable rate) - so I cannot use it.

Yes - it is 4 * I got a priceline stay there 4 years ago - the first time I ever used priceline and could not believe my luck. Does not appear as often on priceline anymore - and I dare not risk bidding due to the Hilton Foutainbleu - which I hate with a passion. The hotel according to reviews is going downhill - and I doubt they will spend on it if it is being closed down - but love the pool area - don't really care what the room is like to be honest. Coming from the UK - so as long as the weather is warm - I am happy ;-)

I got it for $140 - March 17th. It is in area Miami beach. Resort, Oceanfront, restaurant, pools, fitness, spa, golf, business centre. Not too hard to work out - compared the price I would "save" to the sheraton website - so was confident. Closing down in June - so glad to go again before it does.

In the end - I found a great rate on Expedia (am I allowed to mention that) for the Marriott - then found they had a price guarentee - which gives you 25% off the price - so I did that and got a great rate.

I am looking for either a resort or 4* (Marriot or Pier 66) tend to come up I note - probably for 2nd March to 6th (have not booked flights yet) - anyone had any joy - and what price are we looking at in our collective experience?

We were hoping for 09/09 to 09/15 this year. Fantastic site - cannot beleive i did not find it before....

Anyone know if the Marriott Rancho Las Palmas is a resort that ever comes up on Hotwire. For early Sept - 2 resorts are coming up 4* with restaurant, pool, fitness, business,golf, tennis and spa. 3.5* with airport transport, restaurant, pool, fitness, business, internet and golf Anyone happen to have any ideas what they might be?
