August 24-25; $84; Suite, Comp breakfast, fitness, pool, restaurant, business, internet, spa. I think it is likely Homewood Suites or Embassy Suites as they are the only higher end suite hotels in the area. Any thoughts?

Thanks, followed up threads and will use now use link for searches. Had another question - we were looking for 2 rooms but when I changed search this property no longer appears. From your experience, do you think there are likely more rooms available? I realize there are no guarantees.

New, looks very nice, unfortunately not really located downtown, but on UT campus. Hotel website was $169 so saved a few dollars. Will report back after my stay.

Dallas - Downtown/Market Center South Hotel, 3*; May 21-22; $46; suite, pool, fitness Maybe Sheraton Suites or Marriott Suites?

Was a neat hotel, large flat screen TV, free internet, nice bathroom. I did use the PRICELINE link.

Pretty certain the only 5* in downtown is the Four Seasons

Historic hotel but very modern, nice decent sized rooms, large flat screen TV, really excellent bar area with large LCDs and pool table, nice breakfast buffet. Only negative - they charge for internet connection.

Rooms very nice. Only issues are located across the river from downtown and $12 parking (no free parking options anywhere close by). Still a great deal for price.

10/22/08-10/23/08 Very nice hotel, large rooms and bathroom, comfy beds, only complaints: a little noisy A/C and no flat screen TV.
