We would like to stay there too, or at least someplace really close. Can someone confirm that the Hilton and the Kona Kai would be quite a distance from the Hyatt? it looks like Paradise Point or the Holiday Inn are in better proximity, is that correct? Based on all of that, what do you think the hotels above are? if the 3* is currently the Holiday Inn, what are the chances the 3* offering will ever be the Hyatt before our trip? Thanks. Robin

I was prepared to bid on a 3* hotel in Downtown Omaha, but when I went to place my bid, the highest option was for a 2.5* hotel. I know there are 3* hotels that have previously been won by other bidders. Have they been downgraded or does it mean they are no longer participating? From my research, I only see either 3* or 1* hotels downtown, I don't even know what 2.5* hotels would be downtown? Any suggestions?
