  2. Started at $49 and finally accepted at $65. Was hoping for the Crown Plaza location-wise, but this will do just fine.
  3. With several rebid zones this one was easy! Especially considering at half the price that this hotel is currently booking at everywhere else.
  4. I started bidding at $50 and finally accepted at $65 after adding other zones. I had originally saw what I assumed to be the Sheraton for $71 on Hot.wire, so I was hoping that I could get it on Price.line for less.
  5. Tried bidding on PRICELINE up to $70 several times for this weekend before I gave up and moved to HOTWIRE. Looks like a decent property, La Quintas can be pretty hit or miss. Amenities shown : Free Parking Free Breakfast Free Internet Pet Friendly Fitness Center Self Service Laundry
  6. Started bidding at $55 and was able to use several rebid zones before finally winning the bid at $70. The Cheshire is just what I wanted, very happy with the win.
  7. Saw what I assumed was the Holiday Inn offered on the PRICELINE EXPRESS page for $57, bid $45 my first bid hoping to get that. Alas, stuck with the Best Western. It is just for one night and the price is certainly right, so I'm okay with that.
  8. Won on the first bid, guess with so many rebid zones that I should have started lower. Happy with the hotel though.
  9. Price on this hotel isn't much better than what I would find on Expedia or Travelocity, but still a pretty good buy for the area. 12. For some reason prices are always outrageous for this area. I needed a last minute hotel and after repeatedly getting shot down at all prices on Priceline, this $104 was the best I could find. Hoping it was the Courtyard . . . oh well. Strange list of amenities as well. 17. I usually book all my hotels through Priceline, but have never done a car before. I'm an executive with National and love their service, so I stick with them. However, the rates in Denver for this week have been insane! After checking and rechecking I finally decided to go with Priceline. I bid $27/day for a midsize and was told they would accept $31/day or I could rebid for another type of car. I bid $29/day for a standard and it was accepted. With all the taxes it is still $50 cheaper than Hotwire and $160 cheaper than the best rate I could get with National. Subtotal: $145.00 Taxes and Fees: $55.03 Total Charges: $200.03 Edit: just realized my dates are wrong, should be 3/1-3/6
  18. Bid up at $1 increments from $48, finally hit at $55 at the Renaissance. Thrilled as this was just the area I wanted.
  19. Saw what I was pretty sure was this hotel on Hotwire for $64/night. Hoped I could do a bit better on Priceline. Started at $40 and rebid up a few bucks at a time, finally hit at $54.
  20. Tried a few days to get something on Priceline for the area with no luck. Was pretty sure this was the La Quinta so I pulled the trigger. 21. Started at $57 and rebid $2-3 more each time. Was just about to quit and try again another day when it hit on the Omni for $82. A bit more than i was hoping to spend, but looks like a nice property.
  22. There in only 1 rebid zone for a 3* in San Diego so every night for the last few nights I have been trying a couple bids. Finally got a hit tonight at $62.
  23. I was expecting the Country Inn & Suites which I have won previously at this location, but am pleased with this result as well. Looks like they recently went thru a remodel and the price makes me happy. Fairfield Inn Kankakee Bourbonnais Nights: 1 Room Subtotal: $48.00 Taxes & Fees: $12.55 Total Charged to Card: $60.55
