I decided to take a chance on this hotel finally It's the Howard Johnson in Torrance on Torrance Blvd. I got it for $48 a night and it's a 2* Not crazy about the location but my first choice wasn't available for once which is the Clarion in Carson. Clarion is right around hte corner from where I grew up and the HJ is going to be a little bit of a drive since it's not near a freeway

It's showing up again I put in Carson, CA 1 room 2 Adults 1 Child and it came up for $42 a night 2*
