Two rooms for a Friday night in May at $79 per room per night.
Listed amenities were restaurant, pool, fitness center and business center. This board helped me narrow it down to the Hilton, the Palmer House Hilton (which was sold out) and the Sheraton.
I'm pretty happy with the rate since the best available rate for the same dates at the Chicago Hilton was $159 per room per night.
Started with $40 for a 4-star in the downtown zone. Got rejected, so I added 3-star and went up to $47. No go there, either, so I added University City and went up to $56.
Came through with the Philadelphia Marriott for Friday, April 30 to Sunday, May 2.
I'm pretty happy with the result, since the best I found otherwise was $99 before tax at the nearby Courtyard and Hotwire wanted $108 for a 3-star downtown.
