Thanks to this website, I had an idea that this is the hotel that I was getting while booking through hotwire, so now I am sharing this info here for others to use: Homestead Studio Suites (what the sign said at the hotel), in Mira Mesa area of San diego. Homestead San Diego/Sorrento Extended Stay America 9880 Pacific Heights Boulevard San Diego, California92121 (858) 623-0100 $53/night + taxes => $180 for three nights. had kitchenette, but the listed amenity was only the laundry. Not bad for the price... $4.99 extra for internet service (one time fee only, regardless of duration of stay) but it didn't work for me (equipment issue). They don't provide daily room cleaning/servicing, but if you want, you can take used towels to the front desk and receive fresh ones. Thanks to everyone who is contributing to this website.
