I think it might be Homewood Suites By Hilton® Washington, D.C. as it is only hotel I found that matches all criteria (amenities, guest rating) but the problem is it is not available during my travel dates on Priceline website itself or on some other third-party websites that I checked but still available on the hotel's website.
