  1. Good afternoon, I wanted to see if you might be able to help me determine a hotwire hot rate hotel. The parameters I used on the bidding helper link are as follows: South Bend, IN Check In April 8 Check Out April 10 1 Room, 2 Adults, 2 Children (11 & 13) The one I am curious about is a 2 1/2 star for $127. The full amenities are FULL AMENITIES: Free breakfast, Indoor pool(s), Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Business center, Self-service laundry. As a side note, the regular Hotwire site shows it as an all suites hotel with a 100% recommended. I don't show any 2.5 star on your list and last year I got the Varsity Club but it was a 3*.
  2. Sorry I meant to close this out in January. It was indeed the Creekside Inn. Nice work as usual.
  3. Thank you. with the same search 1 adult, 1 child June 12-June 16 in Palo Alto it returned the following for the 3.5* at $200 FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower
  4. good afternoon. I am trying to book a room for my wife and daughter in the Stanford / Palo Alto area as she is attending summer swim camp. I would prefer to use PRICELINE and save additional money. Would you be able to answer a 2 part question? Dates would be checkin Sunday 6-12 and checkout Thursday 6-16 1) Is $150-175 for a 3* or above possible in Palo Alto / Menlo park? Would you be able to design a strategy as it looks like most of the zones already have those star levels so don't think you can rebid much with additional zones. ------- 2) HOTWIRE has a 3.5* with 80% rating for $200. Searched same dates with 1 adult, 1 child. Are you able to give a best guess as to what hotel this is? My guess is Sheraton but will defer to the experts. Hotel features are: Complimentary Free InternetFree parking Amenities Business centerFitness centerPool(s)Restaurant(s)Self-service laundry Accessibility Accessible path of travel
  5. ended up just wasting points and let the wife stayed at the JW Marriott.
  6. Thank you. I will see if anyone can duplicate the one with the pool and decide from there.
  7. It shows on your hotwire tab and a hotwire search and then goes away when you click on the easy view tab. The paste function doesn't seem to be working on my end either so I am manually entering 4* $125 Pet friendly, fitness center, restaurant(s), business center, internet access, accessible for visually impaired, accessible for hearing impaired, accessible path of travel, in-room accessibility, accessible bathroom, accessible bathroom, roll-in shower 4.5* $182 free internet, pet friendly, boutique hotel, smoke free rooms, fitness center, restaurant(s), business center, internet access, accessible for visually impaired, accessible for hearing impaired, accessible path of travel, in room accessibility, accessible bathroom, roll-in shower 4* $142 fitness center, restaurant(s), business center, internet access The 3* hotel from my original inquiry still exists with all of the original amenities listed in the hotwire tab, just not in the Hotwire Easy View tab.
  8. Good morning. As always I started my search with your link but hoping for some assistance in the White House / Downtown Area. I have listed a few hotwire listings and trying to determine the hotels. I did list the complete amenities at the checkout screen. I think we will lean toward the 3* for the pool with kids but just want to make sure prior to finalizing the stay. Thanks in advance. 3* hotel 95% recommended for $166 with the following amenities: Free Breakfast, Boutique Hotel, Fitness Center, Business Center, Internet Access, Free Internet, Indoor Pool(s), Pool(s), Self Service Laundry 4* hotel 90% recommended for $119 with the following amenities: Business Center, Pet Friendly, Fitness Center, Restaurant, Internet Access, Accessible for hearing impaired, in room accessibility, Accessible parking, accessible for visually impaired, accessible path of travel, accessible bathroom, roll in shower 4* hotel 85% recommended for $136 with the following amenities: Business Center, Restaurant, Fitness Center, Internet access
  9. Thanks for the help. It was the Holiday Inn Austin Airport and we secured 3 rooms for $78 per night per room. Not a bad deal as their standard rate is $121 per night per room.
  10. We didn't make the trip. There were no hotels available via PRICELINE / HOTWIRE or calling hotels directly.
  11. Can you give me a best guess as to what 3* property I am seeing on a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal in Austin South Airport? Dates 5-29 / 5-31 3 Star for $78 with the following options: Indoor / outdoor Pool Fitness Center Business Center Pets Allowed Free Parking Restaurant Free Internet I am curious because the next PRICELINE EXPRESS deal is a 2.5 star for $92.
  12. Can you steer me in the direction for the list of hotels in Alvin TX? I see Houston but can't locate Alvin. I apologize in advance as I'm sure I am just missing it.
  13. Good morning. I wanted to follow up and say thank you. We made it almost to the end of your instructions and had a bid accepted. At $168 a night we are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Times Square West (307 W 37th ST) which I believe is a MSG neighborhood for Priceline. It looks like that hotel is $289 for 2 nights and $341 for 2 nights during the time of our stay so we are very excited and wanted to say thanks. We will definitely use your site for all of our hotel needs.
  14. Sorry that is what I was hoping to get a realistic idea of what I need to budget. I would hope to be in the $150 a night range if possible.
  15. Thank you for the reply. I only want 1 room but we will have 2 adults and 2 kids. I am not opposed to either site but was hoping for the better deals Priceline appears to offer. I am also open to other family friendly areas if they are less expensive since the public transportation will allow easy access to the popular landmarks. Any other location suggestions would be very welcomed as well.
  16. Good evening. I apologize in advance as I am new to the site. I have read all of the information in regards to how everything works but wanted to see if I could get some bidding advice / ballpark estimate before I dive into my first attempt at bidding. Our family is heading to NY for Lacrosse and spending time in the city before we head out of the city for the weekend tournament. The dates above are the nights we will be in the city. We will be doing typical family attractions so I believe the following zones would be ideal? please correct me if I am wrong. Central Park South Midtown West Times Square I would say a Holiday Inn or Courtyard type quality is acceptable so again I apologize but I am not sure where I would start the bidding and where I should expect to end up. My guess is that is about a 3 1/2 for NYC? Look forward to hearing from you and trying this out.
