I ended up bidding on PRICELINE and got the: Comfort Suites Stevenson Ranch Just what I was looking for at HOTWIRE, I did not see it on PRICELINE's list. anyway I saved $7 by bidding vs the hotwire price........

Spend the weekend at magic mountian with the family (wife and 3 young kids) I would like the size room that Comfort Suites offers and free breakfast on site is a big plus!

After using your tips i did see all of the amenities you listed, The fact you think it might be La quinta scares me a little. I might need to go a different route.

I see a 4 star(134 a night) that looks to be Hyatt and a 2.5 for $69 per night I think it is comfort suites. 2 nights 5/4-5/6. below are the listings for the 2.5, what do you think? I contacted HW the day it happend and they refunded me the first night and gave me $50 hot dollars.

Embassy suites over booked and made me drive 10miles to a lesser quality hotel. 2 thumbs down for them !
