I think we are going to try for La Jolla after all as the TA reviews for the Catamaran were hit or miss!

I called both and the Marriott La Jolla is the only hotel with self service laundry facilities, so my best guess would be the Marriott La Jolla. As we wanted something a little closer to downtown La Jolla we will keep looking.

Do you know if the Grande Colonial has self service laundry? The only two 4 star hotels in La Jolla with that TA rating are the Marriott La Jolla and Grande Colonial and neither shows having self service laundry. Thank you for your help!
