Here is the first hotel. 

4* Downtown Austin and Town Lake Area. 95% recommended

The second hotel is 

4* Boutique Hotel in Downtown Austin and Town Lake Area. 80% Recommended.

Thanks we didn't end up booking through hotwire or priceline. 

Well I made a mistake on the dates... I wasn't paying attention. The dates are 8/10-8/13.  I tried using the other tool and the same hotel did not pop up as when I did it with the normal hotwire.

Looking at a hotel on hotwire for Nashville (8/24 - 8/27). Hotwire is showing a 4* in the Downtown Nashville Area for $234 down from $302. Below are the amenities

The hotel is $157 down from $369. It is 100% recommended. The amenities include free parking, free internet, resort, pet friendly, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center. The hotel charges a resort fee of about $25.
