Tried for a 4* in the USE zone with free rebids went from $65 to $90 without an acceptance. Tried for Financial District - Embarcadero with free bids starting at $65 with $5 bid increments. Bid was accepted at $85.

If you don't have a car and will be traveling to Oakland then you should be fine if you are close to a BART station (which I highly suggest utilizing). Anything in USE is going to be very close and you'd still be very close in SOMA or USW.

Started off with a $65 bid on USW which was denied. Rebid at $70 adding USE and got 2 rooms at the Grand Hyatt. Just yesterday I had bid up to $72 for USE (without USW) and was denied. I was surprised to get USE at $70 but I probably could have done better since my bid was accepted immediately upon adding USE.

How was this parking garage? I know exactly where that is because our favorite restaurant in SF is across the street. From what I remember it was a rough area in the tenderloin.
