This is for Aug. 8-10, somehow the dates got messed up.

Rejected first bid at $51 and second at $55, both 2.5*, but accepted third bid at $59, same star level. The TripAdvisor reviews seem very hit or miss on this property, but the lowest price on countryinns.com (advance purchase with a 15% discount) is still $88.40, and throw in free wi-fi and free breakfast and it seems like a good deal to me. Of course used the PRICELINE link for bidding.

I'm interested in Toronto/Downtown South for about the same time period. Any general advice on whether it's a good idea to try to book now vs. waiting until closer to the date of the stay?
