I am seeing a 5 star resort in the Carlsbad San Marcos area for April 2-4 for $196 per night. It has the following amenities:

I'm really hoping this is the Park Hyatt Aviara. Is there anything else it could possibly be?

This ended up to be the Venetian. We loved it!

I do still see it but now it's $138. I'm searching for 2 people.

Another listing is exactly the same except the price is $143

The final listing doesn't list any amenities at all, but it is 95% recommended and 4.5 out of 5 on trip advisor.

What is a featured deal? Can it be the same hotel with a better price, or is it definitely a different hotel? Please help me ID these 3.

Please help me ID 4 star South Beach Oceanfront Collins. Amenities: beachfront, restaurant, pool, tennis nearby, golf nearby. It states "we are still gathering reviews for this property". Tripadvisor 4.5/5. $189 for May 10-13. The only 4 star I see listed in this area is the Raleigh and the amenities don't match. I can't find any 4.5 rated oceanfront hotels on tripadvisor. Any thoughts?
