  1. I thought that too except that when I look on Hotwires site, and I remove Business Center, the Sheraton Grand disappears. Tripadvisor does say that it has a business center though. Is the Westin a possibility?
  2. Decided to go with renting a condo, thank you for your help though,.
  3. March 6th-7th Pet Friendly Restaurant Smoke Free Room Business Center Fitness Center Internet Access Pool Accessible for hearing impaired Accessible bathroom 85% recommended tripadvisor 4 out of 5.0 $118 per night (Retail of $187) It looks like it's the Hyatt Regency, thoughts?
  4. April 25th-April 29th Yesterday I messed up my rebidding and went 4.5*s for each location and then tried to switch to 4*. I understand what I did wrong, but I did go up to $130/night for 4.5* and was denied, not surprisingly. What would your price suggestion be for those dates ? 4.5*? 4*? Thank you very much!!
  5. Here is my list as the instructions had me make. Historic Savannah - 4.5 Savannah Airport - 3 Savannah Gateway - 3 Savannah Midtown - 3 Savannah North - 2.5 Savannah West - 2.5 I am going for either a 4* or 4.5* Does this mean I have 12 attempts? 6. I'm just posting to see if I can get confirmation that this is the Monte Carlo.....unfortunately, I didn't book when I was confident it was the Tropicana 1/20/2012-1/22-2012 Las Vegas Strip South Hotel 4* Recommended by 60% 3.5 on Trip Advisor $61 Amenities: Casino Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business Center High Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Spa Services
  7. Thanks for the info, I did hear that the Trop went under a major renovation in 2011 so I was happy about that. To be honest all I care about is the room. I'll be going January 20-22 so pool wont really be an issue unless they've already opened their pools which I don't think they do until mid Feb.
  8. 1) As I wait do you think the prices will go down or up? 2) For $82 a night do you think the Tropicana is a good deal? 3) I have limited experience with both the Tropicana and Treasure Island, which is nicer? or preferred? 4) Do you think at the price point I would have better luck using priceline and bidding my own price?
  9. Please help me ID these three hotels. 1) (I think it's Trump, unfortunately) 5* $130/night ($239 is crossed out) Las Vegas Strip North This Hotel features the following amenities: Spa Services Resort Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center pools restaurants high speed internet kitchenette 90% of hotwire customers recommend 2) 4* $77/night North Area Casino Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business Center Golf Nearby Spa Services 80% of people recommend 3) 4* $85 South Area Hotel Resort Casino Fitness Center Pool Restaurant Business Center GOlf Nearby 80% of people recommend
  10. Followed the plan up to $70 and it didn't work. I like a lot of the hotels in the South zone except for the Westin, in your experience have you seen a lot of people get this hotel? UPDATE: I got impatient so I added Strip South and got denied at $70/night
  11. Let's hope I have better luck with 4*, because 5* was a bust. Thoughts on a price strategy here? I'd really rather not stay at the Westin if at all possible.
  12. Perfect, thanks! One other question, at the end when I am without any luck, what is the process of incoporating 4* in? Will I be able to drop my price and take off the zones and essentially restart with my 4 rebid zones. Thanks for telling me about Summerlin that would have been a big mistake!
  13. Got it, so these are my rebid zones: 5* Boulder Strip Fremont Henderson Lake Los Vegas Airport Convention Center NW Las Vegas Near Las Vegas Strip East Near Las Vegas Strip West Nellis Summerlin 4* Boulder Strip Henderson NW Las Vegas Nellis Summerlin What would your suggestion on a price strategy be? I would be willing to go up to $115/night.
  14. Yes I understand how the links work and am happy to use them.
  15. Hello, I am trying to plan a trip for 2 to go to Vegas 1/20/12-1/22/12. 1 room in a 4* or 5* hotel. North or South end of the strip is okay with me. I would like to pay less than $100 a night, any ideas whether this is possible or not? I've seen other posts in which the bidder has up to 11 rebid zones but when I do my search this is all that comes up. redbid zones for 5* West of Strip 0 hotels East of Strip 0 hotels Fremont St - Downtown Area 0 hotels North Las Vegas 0 hotels Henderson - Lake Las Vegas 0 hotels Boulder Highway Strip 0 hotels redbid for 4* north las vegas boulder strip Please give any advice. North Las Vegas doesn't even come up on the rebid zones for me. Am I doing something wrong?
