Should've added: we're watching a game at Lambeau Field on the evening of August 17, which will probably end around 11 PM, hence would prefer to stay as close to the stadium as possible. Also, I just checked the Holiday Inn website - its showing the Holiday Inn Green Bay Stadium as sold out for that night. The $90 proce for this hotel is so tempting - if only I could get a sense for whether the earlier posted win was correct! Looking forward to your thoughts.

When I add Lambeau Field as a landmark to sort results (in distance from), this one says 20 to 26 miles – which makes sense since this is supposed to be in Appleton. However, the Holiday Inn Green Bay Stadium is about 5 miles from the stadium. Since I am keen to get the Holiday Inn Green Bay Stadium, I’m wondering if this win has been correctly identified.

Thanks. Ended up calling the Intercontinental in Monterey and got a good deal directly. This trip the only hotels I booked through Hotwire with Chicago ORD - the SF and Monterey I actually got a better deal by calling the hotels directly. They are cancellable, so I'll keep an eye out - bu for now this works. Now for some Car rentals via PRICELINE - haven't done that before, so reading up the posts here. I can't see it anymore either. Might just end up going for the Chaminade (which is for $200 plus resort fee on Hotwire) - but will wait a few more days. My Intercontinental bookings were made directly with the hotel - these are back-up, cancellable bookings if I can't find anything better on Hotwire between now and my travel dates. On our 10 day trip to San Francisco, we are booked at the Intercon SF for 8 nights and for 2 nights at the Intercon Clement in Monterey. Trying to figure out a 1 night stay in Santa Crus (August 25th), to replace our last night in SF which is priced uch higher than the rest of the nights. Also, do realy want to spend one nght in Santa Cruz to explore the redwood forest and the beach, before we head to Monterey. Trying to get a (weekend) night in in Santa Cruz, but the prices are prohibitive (for the pirce that I am getting for what seems to be the Chaminade, I might as well stay in SF and take a day trip!). It was the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport indeed! Price dropped to $79. Made 2 bookings, one for 2 nights (Aug 15 to 17) and another for one night (august 28) - same price, using your link. I had to be signed in to Hotwire to see the lower priced "Today Only" rates (it was $87 otherwise). Is it just me or has Hotwire started creeping up their fees? Tax recovery charges & fees meant the final price was $100.17/night - 20%+ vs the 15.5% tax rate. But a good deal notheless, considering what this sells for on other sites. Now have to cancel my Holiday Inn bookings and look for a parking lot for 12 nights (the Hoilday Inn rate inluded the parking, but I figure I'd get something for about $100 - any suggestions? As always, you guys are so incredibly helpful. Thanks a million.

Just realized that the Hilton in Rosemont would've been ORD South. So this is probably the Hilton that's connected to the airport. It says there are 20 bookings made in the past 24 hours, so I'd have thought I'd see some winning posts here, but can't be sure (this new accessibility options has thrown me off a bit!).
