I started with 4* bids in UNiversity area $52, to $68. Then, I decided to start over with 3 1/2*. I closed browser, bid Downtown 3 1/2*, was upgraded to a 4* win.
Nice win, but 1st bid in that zone and star level- so, I always wish I had started lower!
1st bid $9 Full: rejected but PL came back with offer of $11, which I rejected
2nd bid $9 Standard accepted. Total $134.98
Used the PRICELINE link, thanks.

Won $45 plus 14.87 taxes/fees for total for $60
After winning, I realized they charge $10 for internet.
I see the header of my original post was changed to include Independence.
Beachwood and Independence are 2 separate areas.
I bid and won Beachwood only.
Also, it is not clear why there is no 3 1/2 star hotels in Beachwood- is this a mistake by Priceline?
I was surprised when I pulled up the map and found the highest star rating for Beachwood is 3 stars!
I was planning on bidding for a 3 1/2 star level,
Started at $45 (I was thinking I was bidding for a 3 1/2- it was late, I was sleepy)
Was offerd $57, got the second bid at $50.($65.79 with fees and taxes).
1st bid Jacksonville Se - Baymeadows, 3*, $35
Got an offer to increase by $15 with no other changes.. turned it down.
Added a free re-bid West. $40
Won the:
Holiday Inn

Jacksonville, FL
Won 1st bid $44.
oops, made a mistake on the date- bid was for 6/13-14
Won 1st bid! Was all set to do multiple free re-bids, wonder if it would've gone any lower...
Same day bid..
*3
Roswell: $33, $35

started over with

Not sure if this is on the hotel list or if it has been reduced from *3.5? Also, do not see John's Creek on hotel list- it may have split from another?
