Thanks in advance for any help.
Just to update, this is the respone I finally received today.
Dear Simon,Thank you for contacting us regarding your Entertainment Book rebate
request.
I apologize for the delay in responding to your rebate request. All such
requests are handled directly by own finance team within the corporate
headquarters. As a result, Customer Care is unable to verify your
current status. I was informed yesterday, however, that there is a
significant backlog of about two months in reviewing rebate requests. We
are working to reduce that backlog significantly in the immediate
future. We thank you for your patience in the interim.
If you do not receive a definitive response within two weeks, we
recommend that you write to our corporate office directly:

Mailed Hotwire rebate on Aug. 1Received email from Hotwire today saying "Rebate Processed." Under 21 calendar days!
I used a PDF of the rebate form that was available online and a copy of my Ent. Membership Card.
This is the first Hotwire rebate I've processed so far so I expected it to work and am glad it did.
Now, I am going to mail in a second rebate offer as the original Hotwire form from my Entertainment Book. I'll let you all know what happens....
would you mind sharing the hotwire email address that you received the processed notification from?

So, another 2 weeks on top of the already 8 weeks. I'll definitely be writing that letter though if I don't hear something.
I'm trying to find out whats going on with my rebate as we speak. It's been 2 months and no response at all. The customer care people on the phone had no idea what to do other than to direct me to email Hotwire. I have copies of all my paper work and I just wrote an e-mail to them. If they don't find a way to satisfy this I don't think I'll be using Hotwire again. I'll let you know how it goes.
done and done, the amenities are Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center and it looks like the price has shot up now to $56
hi, just to update, I did end up getting the rosemont through priceline @ $62 , thanks.
I need some assistance identifying this hotel in Dallas/Arlington - Grand Prairie for 11/4 - 11/6. It's 3* $51 a night. Thanks for the help.
Yep Wizard World. How did your bidding work out, Simon?
no luck yet, I tried it at $39 and 3* but it didnt take and I dont want to risk the getting a different hotel at the 2 1/2* so i'll give it a couple of days and try again.
oh! thats exactly what Im looking for, im off to try it now, wish me luck. you goin to the wwchi too?
Is this code good for only booking the hotel or can it be used when booking hotel+flight? Because I don't see anywhere to enter a code while trying to book hotel+flight.
Thanks for the welcome. I need to be in that area specifically. Thanks again for taking the time to help out.
Hi, could you please help ID a 3.5 Star for O'Hare on Aug 4th - 7th. Currently the price is listed at $52 and amenties are Restaurant, Pool, and high-speed Internet. I get the feeling this is going to be the Renaissance Chicago O'Hare, but I'm really trying to get the Hyatt Rosemont which is listed as a 3.5* under the package deals. Thanks in advance for your help, love the site.
