Just to update, this is the respone I finally received today. So, another 2 weeks on top of the already 8 weeks. I'll definitely be writing that letter though if I don't hear something.

I'm trying to find out whats going on with my rebate as we speak. It's been 2 months and no response at all. The customer care people on the phone had no idea what to do other than to direct me to email Hotwire. I have copies of all my paper work and I just wrote an e-mail to them. If they don't find a way to satisfy this I don't think I'll be using Hotwire again. I'll let you know how it goes.

I need some assistance identifying this hotel in Dallas/Arlington - Grand Prairie for 11/4 - 11/6. It's 3* $51 a night. Thanks for the help.

no luck yet, I tried it at $39 and 3* but it didnt take and I dont want to risk the getting a different hotel at the 2 1/2* so i'll give it a couple of days and try again.

Is this code good for only booking the hotel or can it be used when booking hotel+flight? Because I don't see anywhere to enter a code while trying to book hotel+flight.
