Vegas is usually pretty easy to 'sneak' in an extra guest as there are plenty of places for the 'others' to window shop or explore parts of the hotel while 2-3 people go to the check-in desk. However, most standard rooms at the mid-tier properties in Vegas that have 2 beds don't necessarily also have a pull-out sofabed (and if the hotel does have rollaway beds, they may not allow them in rooms with 2 beds based upon fire code)... so if you do opt to try and 'sneak in' with 5 occupancy i think there is a good chance the 3 kids will be sharing a bed regardless. Also, keep in mind that most properties charge more for rooms with 2 beds (vs. rooms with 1 bed). To increase your chances of not encountering any issues, i would suggest booking a PRICELINE EXPRESS / HOTWIRE deal that offers a Room Choice (with one of the choices being a room with 2 beds). It's fairly typical in Las Vegas for weekend nites to be 2x-4x midweek rates. You may also find this at off-strip hotels, but to a lesser degree. However, keep in mind the time it will take to change properties as it often takes longer than expected (not to mention one hotel's check-out time being a hours before another hotel's check-in time). Do you already have a hotel and/or price in mind for this Saturday nite, should you choose to stay a different property this first nite? Are you flying in? If so, are you renting a car? What is your target budget for the 4 nites (excluding taxes, fees, etc)... and although things could change over the course of the next month, i believe Caesar's properties (which includes Bally's and Flamingo) is current not charging parking fees for guests who are staying at the hotel. If the HOTWIRE rate is a significant discount you may want to move forward, as the other option you didn't mention above is that the hotel disappears from HOTWIRE (and not offered thru PL or HW). If the current savings is small then there is not as much risk in waiting and hoping to see if the price drops or if it appears thru PRICELINE EXPRESS, but holding out for a specific price you have seen/paid in the past may not necessarily be relevant since rates are date specific. For example, if in the past retail rates for this hotel were $200/nite and you picked it up for $100/nite, that is irrelevant if current retail rates are $400/nite. Got it... Although i understand you're arriving late, my suggestion would be head Downtown anyway... it's fairly close to the airport and this way once you wake up the following morning you'll be right where you want to be to start enjoying the city (walk to a cafe, grab breakfast, etc). You could also use this leg of your trip to stay/see one part of the city... then stay in a different part of the city at the end of your trip (although Boston isn't really that big) If you like this idea The Godfrey, which you mentioned as liking in your other post, can be had for $101/nite... or Hotel Indigo Boston Garden for $107/nite. While each of these may be a little more than the Boston Doubletree Bayside, it will be convenient for anything you want to during the day on the 26th, as well as taxi/uber fare. Your thoughts?

To clarify, this is for one nite (June 25) or are you staying two nites and need both the nites of 6/25 and 6/26? That seems like a good rate for the Boston Doubletree Bayside, but i do see some options that would seem to be closer, nice, and about the same amount of costs, but as i see your next Boston hotel stay doesn't start for a few days later on 6/30, i think it's important to also take into consideration where you are heading when leaving this hotel... do you board a cruise, stay at a friend's house, already have another hotel booked, etc, etc?
