Started bidding from $54 at 3.5*, got rejected. Added Buffalo airport region and tried again at $57 and won it. Have previously stayed here last year booking via HOTWIRE at $79. Total $138 including taxes and fees. Very decent hotel and good service (though there were some renovations happening then). This is my first successful PRICELINE bid - thank you betterbidding.com.
