Thanks, thereuare. I looked into and found out the Westin SD is $179 a night (hotel website and Expedia), so I was pretty sure it's not the Westin Horton Plaza that I wanted ($220). Used the HOTWIRE link and booked it anyways and I was right, the Westin SD. Oh well, $5 cab away from downtown. Thanks again.
