It is the Sheraton Hotel and Marina Dowtown/harbor island. I got it on hotwire for 125.00 for 10/4/07. Website and other travel sites are 269.00 so I'm delighted.

sorry, it is the Chicago O'Hare Hotel on 1450 Touhy Ave. It used to be called the Doubletree Club hotel. The icon's were shuttle, restaurant,pool, fitness and business center

Total with tax and fees 53.95. I was hoping to get this one as they only charge 55.00 for parking up to 14 days.

I first bid 17.00 for full size and was rejected, added premium and increased bid to 20.00 thinking I would get the full size but it came back as premium with Hertz. The total for my 6 days is 167.34. Same thing on their website is 340.00, so I'm very pleased. Dates are 9/29-10/4/05

We needed a total of 19 rooms and bidding on priceline, for the last few weeks couldn't get accepted. probably closer to the time we may have gotten a 4 star for 45-65 but everybody wanted to stay at the same hotel and by "knowing" what hotel it would be, they are now all together.

Helping a friend for pre and post cruise hotels. I bid up to 75.00 for 4 star in Vancouver 9/16-9/19 with no takers. Bid for one night on 9/26 and Hyatt took the bid of 65.00 plus tax. I'll keep trying for her, as I realize hotels don't give a lot of inventory to priceline this far out.

LOL, no, Thereuare, I firmly believe in Priceline/Hotwire. Have never done air, but consistantly do hotels and rental cars with great success.

Started at 4* Vancouver 50.00, rejected. Added two free re-bids and Hyatt accepted at 60.00

Thanks Theruare, I will keep an eye out for it to go down in star quality. I just was surprised as we have enough Priority Club points that we could have used for this hotel, but was hoping to get something a little nicer.

I should add that this is Holiday Inn Mission Valley Stadium

I bid 49.00 for 3* Mission Valley 12/4/04 one night and got Holiday Inn which is listed on this site as 2 1/2* I'm disappointed that I didn't do more research on this. I emailed Priceline and they stated they changed to 3* from 2 1/2* based on new criteria, whatever that means.
